CRM Analyst

Are you the data-driven marketer ready to join a multinational company?

Our client in the luxury sector is looking for a new CRM Analyst to join their Benelux CRM team.

Your reponsibilities:

• Analyzing the customer data and translating these analyses into commercial conclusions

• Direct marketing campaigns (offline and online) and this both in the target group selection

• Providing standard reports and developing new reports about customer data and CRM activities

• Functional management of the CRM database and all related tools

What they are looking for:

• 1-7 years of working experience as a marketing data analyst (they are hiring 2 profiles, junior and medior)

• Master's degree

• Knowledge in Tableau, SQL are a plus

• Analytical and commercial

• Someone who is living not too far from the office in Vilvoorde

• Dutch (fluent), French (basic), English (fluent)
