Are you ready to enhance the consumer analytics of a well-known international cosmetics group?

Our client, a leading cosmetics group with amazing brands, is looking for their new consumer insights manager who can deep-dive in various data sources and give recommendations based on their insights. You will be working with the different brand and retailer sites.

You will be responsible for

  • Partnering with brands to define the consumer journey and establish analytics KPIs.
  • Use key insights from consumer, retail and shopper data and share recommendations with brands to enable them to improve their marketing activities.
  • The digital analytics and CRM roadmap
  • Track online and crm campaigns to maximize site traffic and build a consistent omnichannel experience.
  • Acting as an agent of change to demonstrate and encourage data-driven decision making and enable all teams to become more analytical minded

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, with good knowledge of customer data and marketing.
  • You are able to bridge the gap between marketing and data/technology.
  • You are an expert in Google Analytics, CRM tools/databases and Excel.
  • You are a self-starter and take initiatives. Working experience at a consultancy or in project management is a plus.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
