About our role:

Our client, a prestigious player in the banking industry, is at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences through digital innovation. They are seeking a visionary Concept Designer to join their Concept & UX Design team. This role is pivotal in supporting long-term evolutions of mobile and web banking applications for both clients and employees. As a Concept Designer, you will translate product or service value propositions into tangible concepts and high-level wireframes, conceptualizing solutions that address user needs within a complex ecosystem of digital channels. This is a unique opportunity to be the customer's voice and push the boundaries of creativity to meet high customer expectations in the banking sector.

What you will be doing:

• Translating the value proposition of banking products and services into tangible concepts and high-level wireframes.
• Defining the big picture and conceptualizing how the product or service will meet user needs within our digital ecosystem.
• Facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, and organizing brainstorm sessions to gather user and business needs.
• Validating ideas with customers and consolidating concepts in a report for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and product owners throughout the project lifecycle to refine solutions.

What you bring:

• Ambition to further develop your career in Concept & UX Design within the banking sector.
• At least 3 years of experience in concept design, service design, or information architecture.
• Proven experience with interface design, interaction design, or information architecture roles.
• Mastering common wireframing software and familiarity with accessibility and usability best practices.
• Fluency in French and Dutch, with proficiency in English for communication and deliverables.
• Strong strategic vision, craft in solving complex problems, and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders.
