About our role

Our client is a key player in the energy industry, committed to shaping the energy transition in Brussels. This exciting role offers the opportunity to join the communications department of an organisation that ensures reliable, high-quality access to energy while promoting sustainable practices to address climate change. As a Communication Expert, you’ll contribute directly to impactful projects, helping to translate complex messages into clear, engaging content that empowers employees and reaches the public effectively.

Against the backdrop of energy transformation, the communications team plays a crucial role in ensuring that energy remains accessible and affordable while supporting the organisation's overarching goals.

What you will be doing

• Participating in a major employer branding campaign.
• Writing engaging content for the intranet and social networks.
• Conducting on-the-spot interviews with technicians.
• Designing communication materials such as brochures, newsletters, and posters.
• Helping organise internal and external events.
• Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth, targeted communication.

What you bring

• Ambition to further develop your career in communications within the energy sector.
• Initial experience in a similar role, with the ability to hit the ground running.
• A knack for creating compelling content and designing impactful communication materials.

• Proactive mindset and a passion for translating complex ideas into clear messages.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English, Dutch, or French.
