About our role:

Our client is a major actor in the retail world in Belgium, Luxemburg and The Netherlands! looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their E-Commerce Department as an E-Commerce Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing our online market share by driving Digital sales growth and driving their Digital profitability.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape your own position and to bring ideas where anything is possible but also to achieve outstanding results as a team and make a real impact on digital sales growth in the BENELUX market. What you will be doing:

  • Your main responsibility will be to manage 2 out of 4 major categories for the Benelux.

  • Define clear targets on sales, inhouse share, margin and AOV in collaboration with your colleagues from the category departments

  • Set up new commercial campaigns and initiatives

  • Upgrade the quality of the promotions?

  • Increase the margin per order

  • The cross-selling and up-selling strategy? for the services and accessories

  • Expand the share of the in-store pick-up

  • Work on lowering the share of old stock

  • Work with many internal stakeholders, such as Buying, Supply Chain, Service & Solutions, Controlling, Customer Care and our store

  • Manage and coach a team of 3-5 people that take care of the different components of the online sales business

What you bring:

  • Ambition to further develop your career in the e-commerce industry.

  • 5 years of solid experience in a similar role.

  • Past experience in Sales Business, E-Commerce industry is mandatory.

  • You’re at your best when it comes to managing a team and stakeholders management.

  • Your strengths are organizational, analytical and prioritization skills.

  • Strong commercial and communication skills are needed for this job.

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch and English.
