About our role:

Our client is a world-renowned company in the field of consumer electronics looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Technical CRM Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's B2C CRM campaigns, by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing strategies and tools to automate and streamline processes, personalize communications, and increase customer engagement and loyalty.

What you will be doing:

  • Your main responsibility will be to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's B2C CRM campaigns by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing strategies and tools to automate and streamline processes, personalize communications, and increase customer engagement and loyalty.

  • Reviewing the performance of CRM campaigns and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Collaborating with the CRM team to develop and test new email templates that are designed to be more personalized and engaging for customers.

  • Conducting research to identify new data sources that could be used to improve the targeting and personalization of CRM campaigns.

  • Working with the OPS team to identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce the workload on the team.

  • Analyzing data on customer behavior and engagement to develop insights that can be used to inform future CRM strategies and campaigns.

What you bring:

  • Your strengths are project management and technical proficiency in CRM software and tools.

  • Extensive working experience with CRM tools, including implementations, is key.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills are needed in this job.

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English and Dutch.
