Our client, an international personal care and nutrition company, is looking for a Business Analyst, who will be responsible for the European market. This innovative and pioneering social retail company is one step away from further growth. Contribute to the improvement of customer experience.

Great! What will I do?

You will be the bridge between business and IT. As a business analyst you will develop strong understanding of het company´s business flows and processes and translate them into functional requirements. You will work closely with other Business Analysts (located in the US) to ensure functionality and usability of the websites are aligned with the organization´s priorities. You will be responsible to specific regional markets needs and specific product needs. In 2023 a new e-commerce platform will be launched. For this mayor project you will be act as a project manager for the European market working closely together with the US/Global project manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Gather, document and follow up on business requirements
  • Assist diagnosing and resolving website and other system issues (incl. web releases) to ensure optimal performance and usability for the various users and providing root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.
  • You will be responsible for the project management of our new ecommerce platform and work closely with the US/Global project manager
  • Improve customer and social marketing experience by recommending best practices in the industry
  • You are the liaison between all stakeholders & guarantees customer satisfaction

Does this sound like you?

  • You have at least 5 years of related experience in business analytics
  • You are experienced in project management and the deployment of ecommerce platforms
  • You know how to help drive process improvements to both markets and websites
  • You have strong software troubleshooting skills, you can configure software applications and recommend improvements to the organization’s usage of those applications
  • You can work with various crosscultural business departments while understanding their needs and you are flexible to support several locations
  • You have an intermediate level in writing SQL queries (Microsoft SQL, Oracle, or other relational databases)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
  • You are flexible to adapt to ad hoc needs such as acting as a technical resource when required
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Required language: English C1

Bonus points if you have knowledge of

  • MLM business model
  • Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent
  • HTML and JavaScript
  • Various content management systems
