This team is growing very fast! not only in the size of the team, volume of business and digital maturity but also in agility and human talent. In this context, we are hiring a Retail & E-commerce Coordinator!

Your Responsibilities:

As a Retail eCommerce Coordinator, you are commercially responsible for the management of our clients retail e-commerce platforms. Aligning with retail marketing team and digital specialists, you are driving the revenue as well as analysing and reporting the results.

  • Being a Commercial channel responsible for all retail.com channels:

  • Forecasting, target setting & internal buying alignment in collab with Digital Performance Manager & Digital Buyer.

  • Analysis & reporting of website behaviour, revenue and consumer behaviour using Google Analytics, PowerBi & Consumer Dashboards.

  • Translating analysis into strategic conclusions and recommendations.

  • Developing the retail marketing omnichannel campaigns

  • Analysing & aligning together with the retail Brick & Mortar team on market & consumer insights, campaigns and trends to optimise results.

  • Aligning with the digital performance team on paid acquisition strategy.

  • Aligning with the Content Manager Retail & Retail Marketing team on campaign activities, e-merchandising & email marketing.

  • Aligning with the digital project manager on UX, website functionalities & conversion optimisation.

Is This You?

  • You have 5 years of experience (min.) in digital marketing & e-commerce. Experience in fashion is a plus.

  • Energetic, positive attitude, team player with a go-getter attitude

  • You are able to communicate with impact and manage interpersonal relations with all stakeholders in an international organization.

  • High level of commercial and business responsibility

  • You are capable of working in a matrix structure.

  • You have strong analytical skills (knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics included) and capabilities to translate this into strategic analysis and recommendations.
