  • Maintain and develop the website and partner sites, taking into account the customer journey and UX
  • Conduct A/B testing of websites to validate web content and layouts
  • Be responsible for the website(s) and online product offering to drive direct acquisition activities
  • Take charge in tasks such as: website design and maintenance, testing and analysis of website traffic
  • Create landing pages optimized according to best UI/UX practices
  • Collaborate with the marketing team (content and product) to produce website content and, where applicable, provide strategic guidance on internal copywriting on SEO, keyword research
  • Coordinate website development with our headquarters and external partners to ensure new features/capabilities align with business objectives
  • Publish content as needed and handle ad-hoc requests about the website
  • Interpret analytical data and follow-up performance (lead generation), produce reports/dashboards summarizing key insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure follow-up and measurement of performance of various digital campaigns in terms of lead generation

Is this you? Yes if:
  • You are an experienced and self-driven Webmaster
  • You have at least four years of recent experience in hands-on digital marketing. (Previous work within a marketing agency is a plus)
  • You have a passion for digital marketing with webmaster and e-commerce skills
  • You have excellent working knowledge of the CMS tool: Drupal
  • Thorough understanding of UX design, working with brand guidelines, layout and design standards.
  • Thorough understanding Google Analytics to create reports, analyze data and suggest optimizations based on that data
  • You have an analytical mind and work very methodically, you see solutions rather than problems
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts (i.e. funnels, buyer's journey, etc.)
  • You can work independently with a proactive attitude but also enjoy working in a team.
  • Good communication and collaboration are part of your strengths as you are commercially minded
