UX Researcher

For our client in finance, we are looking for a UX Researcher / Usability Expert.

You will:

• Align with business on the research goals and match these with the according methods.

• Do both qualitative and quantitative research activities (field research, user interviews, quan. usability testing, heuristic evaluations, attitudinal tests, surveys, diary studies, etc,…)

• Analyse the gathered data and synthesising by visualing these insights (think of: customer journey mapping & creating personas).

• Give trainings and coaching to other designers.

• Facilitate workshops and present research reports and insights.

Are you the one?

• Extensive experience as User Researcher. You have carried out a multitude of research projects in your career.

• You have professional knowledge of English and Dutch. French is a plus.

• You engage will with stakeholders and can be the bridge between the business, the users and the design team.

• You take a proactive approach to user-challenges
