Senior UX designer

We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer!

You will

• You define requirements based on the needs of the customer, organization and end users.

• You conduct customer interviews, competitive research and analysis of user data to gain an understanding of the problems. You always look out for the added value for the customer.

• You organize ideation workshops or design sprints with the stakeholders involved.

• Via user stories, personas and customer journeys you interact with your colleagues. You bring a clear exposition of the needs.

• You use wireframing, prototyping and user testing to turn problems into opportunities.

• You always focus on the optimization of functionality and usability.

• You help determine the information architecture of our systems.

• You contribute to the design system and use it to translate your concepts into attractive and user-friendly tools and applications.

Are you the one?

• You have extensive experience as UX Designer.

• You have used design tools such as Sketch, Abstract, Invision and Miro or are open to learn about them.

• You have some knowledge on data and behavioural analysis.

• You put the customer first and help create a customer-oriented culture.

• You enjoy facilitating workshops, interviews and user tests. You put the user first.

• You can work independently and are someone who likes to take initiative. Keeping your knowledge up to date is a given to you.

• You attach importance to clear communication and focus on clear and convincing presentations to the customer, colleagues and management.
