Global Digital Commerce Manager

For one of our partners, a leading international brand in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Global Digital Commerce Manager.

In this role you will have the opportunity to drive the development of the digital customer portal and sales platform and define all e-business projects and implementations in order to increase digital sales and business growth.

Sounds great! What would I do?

• Build and steer the strategy and roadmap for the digital customer portal and sales platform, e-business development and digital sales enablement

• Take product ownership of the digital client portal and sales platform

• Steer and coordinate all digital portal and e-commerce projects

• Build and lead the e-commerce team with a focus on cross-functional team organization and alignment (CRM, ICT, customer service, etc.)

• Detect and analyze opportunities for digitization and innovation and initiate the necessary projects, implementations and/or experiments

Is this me? Yes, if you:

• Hold more than 5 years of experience with digital portal development and deploying digital platforms like Salesforce Commerce or SAP Commerce

• Have a proven track record in managing a portfolio of digital projects, aiming customer engagement and digital integration

• Are a natural strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach

• Consider change and continuous improvement part of your DNA

• Have strong analytical, communication and project management skills
