Paid Media Specialist
Our client is looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join their expanding team. You will play a vital role in developing strategies and tactics for a range of leading clients both locally and internationally. - Develops digital acquisition strategies and tactics across search, display, paid social, video, shopping, programmatic and affiliate channels
- Develops and executes paid media programs on a daily basis
- Uses data to continually optimize tactics to achieve desired KPIs in several digital paid media channels
- Monitor, analyse, and A/B test assets to improve performance. Develop a testing strategy and try new approaches to campaigns.
- Conducting in-depth research on Keywords and audience targeting by market.
- Evaluates paid search partners, technology and platforms
- Maintain your knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and present key developments and discoveries with the other team members via internal and external communications
- You will work in multi-talented squad of digital marketing consultants each with their own expertise
Does this sound like you?
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing (agency experience is a plus)
- Performance and KPI driven, analytic mindset
- Experienced with reporting and interpreting data
- Creative and analytical mindset, excellent problem-solver skills, strong negotiation & communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
- Fluent in English & Dutch (French is a plus).
