For one of our most vibrant clients, a global lovemark and A-player in domestic appliances, we are looking for a Digital Customer Experience Expert.

Sounds great! What will I do?

  • Your main responsibility is to create an excellent after-sales customer experience on EMEA level, collaborating with E-Commerce, Logistics, Quality and CRM

  • Enhance the existing after-sales flows and make them flawless and omnichannel friendly

  • Take full responsibility of the Customer Care website, including the recently launched FAQ section

  • Collaborate in the implementaion of a loyalty program

  • Define and implement customer satisfaction metrics to improve performance

  • Launch new projects to further develop the after-sales business

  • Have at least 3 years of professional experience focusing on improving digital customer experiences

  • Are an excellent project manager and have great communication skills

  • Are a cross-functional team player

  • Are used to working in a fast-paced environment

  • Always put the customer first

  • Speak English fluently
