For one of our clients – an innovative, growing player in the transport sector – we are looking for a tech-savvy, passionate Growth Hacker with experience in both inbound and outbound marketing.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Maximizing sales qualified leads, customer acquisition and the conversion rate both through inbound and outbound marketing.

  • Creating a data-driven advertising strategy. This includes identifying target groups, creating appropriate campaigns, implementing various advertising tools and designing a calculation model to optimize conversions.

  • Driving traffic to the website, creating strong landing pages and A/B testing them accordingly.

  • Developing a marketing automation follow-up to be implemented in their marketing tools.

  • Monitoring and reporting of the KPI’s of all inbound and outbound marketing actions.

Job requirements

  • Native Dutch or French speaker, with a good level of English.

  • Several years of experience in performance, growth, or retention marketing.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, social media advertising and CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology.
