About the Role:

Our client, a leading company in the finance sector, is seeking a Digital Content Manager who can take the lead on the localization of global client engagement campaigns and on the creation of local market specific campaigns.

In this role you will be working closely with all local departments, in particular sales, marketing & client service, to participate in strengthening their position among retail investors

What will you be doing?

• Lead the localization of global client engagement campaigns and create tailored local market campaigns.

• Develop and distribute personalized content using customer data and various touchpoints.

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

• Ensure consistency across touchpoints, considering local compliance and cultural nuances.

• Collaborate with local and global teams to optimize client journey communications.

• Drive local engagement on internal communication channels and initiatives.

What you bring:

• Strong copywriting skills, especially in simplifying complex financial concepts for engagement.

• 4+ years of (online) content marketing experience, with a focus on engagement.

• Proficiency in email marketing and other digital tools.

• Passion for understanding and influencing client behaviour for increased loyalty.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to deliver impactful results in a global setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, with a good command of English and French.

• Affinity with the banking sector is a plus.
