Can you create and execute a flawless data-driven loyalty strategy for an international e-commerce business?
Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce business is looking for a data-driven Head of Loyalty & CRM to define their loyalty and retention strategy.
In this role you will focus on using existing data to fully understand the company's clients. You will use your insights to define engaging long-term loyalty strategies. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Set up a data lake and data warehouse
- Create and launch new personalized campaigns for growing repeat sales
- Map a customer journeys
- Lead, train and grow your own team
- Analyse, segment and target clients
Is this you? Yes if:
- You have +10 years of experience in CRM or Loyalty
- You have a strong analytical mind-set
- You have proven people management skills in a digital context
- You are fluent in Dutch or French and English
- Experience using SQL, BI, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is a plus
