Our client is looking for a driven CX Expert to be the driving force behind our clients brand. You will join a team that is responsible for the digital strategy and have a great impact when it comes to implementing customer centric features and solutions.

Your challenge?
  • Your challenge as a Customer Experience Expert is to provide our clients customers with the best throughout all channels

  • Analyze and redesign the customer journeys based on customer interviews and surveys

  • You express the key points of our strategy and you contribute to a differentiating value proposition

  • You are able to map out an action plan and roadmap while carefully measuring all results

Who are we looking for?
  • You are an experienced customer journey expert or project manager with at least 5 years of experience

  • You are empathetic,innovative, team player and assertive

  • You have experience working in a large environment

  • You speak Dutch or French and English
