Can you dive deep into the database of an international e-Commerce player?

Our client, a fast-growing e-Commerce business is looking for a data-driven CRM Marketer to optimize and personalize their online marketing campaigns. Under the responsibility of the CRM Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing team, as well as collaborate with other areas of business.

Your challenge?

In this role you will focus on using existing data to be able to start segmenting the customer database and launch personalized campaigns, with the help of 2 junior marketers.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Manage the customer journey and roll-out the Loyalty strategy

  • Inspire the junior Campaign officers.

  • Come up with innovative ideas for email marketing and marketing autoation campaigns.

  • Increasing Average Customer Lifetime Value.

  • Collaborate with Web Designers.

  • Reporting & Analysis.

  • You have a deep understanding of databases, customer segmentation and email marketing.

  • You have more than 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

  • You have skills in project management and multitasking.
