The Marketing & Sales Business Unit of our client (operating from Brussels) is looking for a strong marketing profile to market 4 products.

The missions consists in:

  • Defining approaches, offers and stories towards the different target groups, together with our Sales department, based on preliminary analysis of insights (digital and cross channel results and consumer insights all along the funnel) and other hypotheses.
  • Setting up approaches to monitor closely the KPI’s and to capture new insights.
  • Defining briefings detailing the stories for digital and cross-channel campaigns and coordinate their implementation with the Digital Marketing team and Communication.
  • Lead the alignment of the stories for the different target groups through the sales organization.
  • Update continuously the plans through new ideas and an active analysis of the performance and the available marketing budget.

Required skills/expertise/experience

  • New marketing techniques: have an expertise around digital and X-channel marketing techniques and related tools (for information we use Google analytics, Salesforce Mkt Cloud, Content Square, Usabilla).
  • Learn fast: assimilate quickly a lot of information in a complex environment
  • Analytic mind: transform data and insights into priorities and hypotheses
  • High customer centricity and storytelling: build attracting and engaging stories based on customer external and internal problems.
  • Leadership: have a strong drive, assertivity and excellent collaboration skills
