How did an Andalusian end up working in recruitment for the Belgian UX market?
It is a question I often find myself asking.
After a few years working in the furthest corners of the United Kingdom I got the chance to embark upon a new mission with Ariad.
The golden ticket in recruitment is getting the chance to work in a speciality that you truly love and I am lucky enough to have found that with UX. Everyday, I get to to learn from some of the leading digital minds in Europe.
Better than that is helping these people to take the next step in their career whilst at the same time thinking about how I can improve the recruitment experience for the next candidate. Even if that means embarking on an ill-fated mission to learn Dutch from an app.
