As CRM Campaign Specialist you are responsible for the ins and outs of the email & other campaigns and translate the CRM briefings into reality. You make sure that the communication flow connects to the customer life cycle and to the business strategy.


  • Oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including content creation and consistency of copy across all touchpoints

  • Translate sales, loyalty and campaign objectives into campaigns

  • Communicate & coordinate directly with stakeholders from briefing to delivery

  • Build effective audiences and segments for each message to improve engagement and revenue performance against KPI targets

  • Produce and execute all email campaigns, including creating emailings based on templates and HTML, writing copy and scheduling sends

  • Devise and execute A/B tests, manage the test calendar, record results and advise on improvements

  • Collaborate with the marketing team you ensure high quality that is in line with the tone of voice, house and communication style

  • Support strategic programs through both manual and automated campaigns throughout the customer life cycle, including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys and transactional email campaigns

Is this you? Yes if:

  • You are and think customer and service oriented

  • You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch or French and English

  • You have demonstrable experience in managing an email marketing program (e.g. Eloqua).

  • You have demonstrable work experience in growing, handling and analyzing marketing databases

  • You have knowledge of Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, SEO/SEM,...

  • You have knowledge of email regulations and compliance (e.g. GDPR)

  • You have an eye for detail and work independently, planned and results-oriented
