Our client in the financial industry is currently looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Digital Engagement Manager to translate & roll-out the global engagement campaigns into the local market.

Your responsibilities

  • Participating in strengthening the position among retail investors by taking the lead on the localization of global client engagement campaigns and on the creation of local market specific campaigns
  • Facilitating the development and distribution of customized content utilizing customer's data and various touchpoints
  • Informing, inspiring and educating the customers in order to boost customer delight and loyalty
  • Working on the localization, analysis and ongoing improvement of global client engagement campaigns
  • Coordinating with the global functional lead on the roll-out of global client engagement campaigns
  • Ensuring that local compliance and cultural considerations are included
  • Creating and analyzing of global campaign metrics
  • Giving recommendations and implementation of improvements based on performance analysis
  • Creating and implementing local engagement campaigns
  • Working with local commercial team to define and launch local market specific campaigns
  • Ensuring the various trading platforms are highly relevant and tailored to the local markets
  • Helping define and source relevant 3rd party content to improve the client experience
  • Creating and analyzing platform engagement metrics

Are you the one? Yes if you have:
  • At least a few years of experience in (online) content marketing
  • A degree in journalism, communications or marketing (to show that you have mastered the basics, but maybe you are just a natural talent and it's okay!)
  • Copywriting skills. They are not required, but preferably you have a smooth pen and at least the eyes of an editor-in-chief
  • Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
  • Affinity with financial services (Not a must, but a nice-to-have)
  • Team work skills as well as confident communication skills
  • Result orientation, flexibility and customer focus
  • Great organization and like to work within a structured process
  • Proactivity and like to take the lead on projects
